Clark County Public Library card holders will now have access to another resource through the library with our new Discovery Pass Program.
Passes must be checked out and returned in the Lenski Children’s Center of the Main Library ONLY (not to a branch/other department or in the book drop). ID must be presented at the time of check out. Passes are good for three days and aren’t good for special events/parking.
Here are some of the discovery passes that we offer:
Boonshoft Museum of Discovery / Sunwatch Indian Village
The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and Sunwatch Indian Village membership pass allows Clark County Public Library cardholders to borrow a membership pass for free admission to the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and Sunwatch Indian Village for up to two (2) adults and up to six (6) children.

Carillon Historical Park
The Carillon Historical Park membership pass allows Clark County Public Library cardholders to borrow a membership pass for free admission to the Carillon Historical Park for up to two (2) adults and any children/grandchildren age 17 and under.

Dayton Art Institute
The Dayton Art Institute membership pass allows Clark County Public Library cardholders to borrow a membership pass for free admission to the Dayton Art Institute for up to two (2) adults and up to four (4) children (6 and under are always free).

Young’s Jersey Dairy
The Young's Jersey Dairy membership pass allows Clark County Public Library cardholders to borrow a membership pass for free admission to Young's Jersey Dairy for two (2) adults and two (2) children. The pass includes admission to all the fun things listed on their membership site, including unlimited rounds of miniature golf, unlimited medium buckets at the driving range, unlimited tokens at the batting cages, unlimited Cowvin's fast slide rides, unlimited Moovers & Shakers rides, unlimited access to Cowvin's Kiddie Corral, unlimited wagon ride on the farm rides.

Our Discovery Pass Program has been in place for about 1 year. In that time, we've listened to patron's suggestions and comments about the program, and we are implementing a few changes to the program to make it more user friendly. Patrons will no longer be able to place holds on passes*. Passes will now be available on a first come-first served basis and there will be no limit to the number of passes that can be checked out. *Please note that current holds that have been placed on passes will be honored. Those in line will not lose their place and we will be purchasing more passes to help get through the queue more quickly.
