CCPL Delivers, the library’s Homebound Delivery Service, is nearing its two year anniversary!  This service is available to ANY resident of Clark County who meets certain qualifications.

What is Homebound Service?
This service gives Clark County Public Library patrons access to library materials when they are unable to visit the library due to health restrictions or disabilities. Patrons who sign up for this service will have library materials delivered directly to their door by our friendly library staff.

Who Can Participate?
Patrons who are unable to leave their place of residence and have a Clark County Public Library Card in good standing.

What Can I Borrow?
You may borrow most things that the library offers (except Express DVDs, video games, framed art, or items that are currently on a waiting list). You may have up to 15 items at a time.

How Does it Work?
You provide us with your preferences, such as certain authors or subjects, and we will select items to bring to your door. You may borrow the items for four weeks. At the end of the loan period, we will return to exchange the items.

How Do I Sign-Up?
Sign-up is ongoing throughout the year. You can sign-up for this service by calling (937) 322-2821 or by emailing hspotts@ccpl.lib.oh.us. Or download the Application for Homebound Services here.

If nobody is available to answer your call, please leave a message on our voicemail with your name, a phone number where we can reach you, and that you are interested in the Homebound Service. Someone will get back with you as soon as possible. If you do not have a library card, we can arrange for you to apply for one.

Registration is Limited, but You Can Sign-Up for the Waiting List!
This service is limited to 20 participants. If you request this service and all 20 spots are filled, you may be put on a waiting list. Once an opening is available, staff will contact the next person on the waiting list.

What Are My Options While I’m Waiting?
Patrons may visit the library to get a card (photo ID and proof of address required) and can designate a proxy to pick up items for them.

With your library card you can also download digital materials for your computer or device through the Ohio Digital LibraryRBdigital Magazine Collection, or Hoopla Digital.

You may also contact the library at (937) 322-2821 to sign-up for the Talking Book program. This program provides free books, magazines and playback equipment and is funded by the State Library of Ohio.
