The Discovery Passes Program Will Be Switching to Digital Only Passes in Late March

In late March, the Clark County Public Library’s Discovery Passes program will be switching to digital only passes. With digital passes, adult library patrons will be able to plan visits to local cultural institutions without having to visit multiple library locations, waiting for a pass to be returned, or worry about losing a physical Discovery Pass that needs to be returned.

Library patrons will be able to search by cultural institutions or by date to check availability and reserve up to 2 of each individual pass, twice per calendar year. The pass will only be valid on the date selected.

Patrons will receive an email with the option to cancel or print their pass for their visit. Additionally, most venues will allow the pass to be shown from a mobile device or phone.

This digital pass is only valid for the patron who booked the pass, and they will be required to show their photo ID (DL or State ID) along with the pass upon check in at each location.

Patrons are encouraged to verify the institution is open before booking or going.

No extension on passes if there is inclement weather.
